There are few professions that impact the community so directly, and healthcare happens to be one of those careers. I feel so grateful to wake up every day and get the opportunity to work with the leaders and clinicians that are impacting communities across the country. We’ve all had our personal ties to healthcare and remember those that have helped us in our times of need, just like we remember our teachers growing up. My goal is to be a recruitment partner, providing honesty and transparency to our candidates as they navigate the process. I find so much joy in the ability to form lasting relationships with these leaders and find inspiration in their accomplishments.
